Welcome! The Division of Academic Advising is dedicated to working with students, faculty, staff, departments, and administration to help ensure the academic success of our students while maintaining the integrity of the University's degrees.
** SUMMER HOURS** May 16-August 16, 2013
Office open: Monday-Friday (unless the University is closed) 8:00am - 4:00pm.
Walk-ins: for current undetermined CLASS students are from 8:00-3:00. Please call the office prior to coming to campus to ensure that an advisor is available. All advisors may be out of the office due to freshmen orientation, meetings, etc.
Incoming transfer students must call and make an appointment.

The Division of Academic Advising staff advises …
- all incoming freshmen with majors in CLASS during orientation.
- all incoming transfer students within CLASS.
- all undetermined students within CLASS. All other current students with declared majors should contact their department.
- all CLASS conditional admissions students
- students pursuing an Associate in Arts degree.
- all SB140/EAOP students.
CLASS students can submit repetition forms, requests for graduation evaluations, and transient forms to the Division of Academic Advising.
Office Hours (during Fall & Spring semester)
The Division of Academic Advising is open from 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday through Friday during the Fall & Spring term unless the University is closed (for special break & Summer hours please above). Students who need advisement should arrive before 4:00 pm to allow adequate time for advisors to discuss requirements. Current students are seen on a walk-in basis. Incoming transfer students should make an appointment by calling 330-941-3413.
We recommend that current students call the afternoon before or the morning you intend to come in to ensure that advisors are available.
