Conferences

Youngstown State University Judaic and Holocaust Studies program has put on a number of conferences over the years with topics ranging from FDR and the Holocaust to conferences on 350 years of Jewish life in America. Most recently, Youngstown State University Judaic and Holocaust Studies program hosted the Beyond Numbers, Beyond Names: The Experience of Holocaust Victims Conference in April of 2006. In fall of 2008, it hosted a conference on Famine and Mass Violence, and on March 7-9, 2010 it hosted an international conferences on  "The Jewish Woman and Her Body".
