Research Interests

Bioinformatics (Computational biology) including DNA and protein sequence analysis, gene and genome annotation, molecular evolution, development of bioinformatics tools and databases. Currently our research projects focus on secretomes and alternative splicing gene analysis.  Dr. Min also has interests in plant physiology and genomics.
